On Live/ Abandoned/ All Carts listing page, locate the cart you wish to see and click on Action › Edit Cart.

You’ll be taken to the Cart Detail page where you’ll see detail containing that specific cart.

Here, you can see:

• Cart ID: The BigCommerce Cart ID.
• Created time: The time when the cart was created by the customer or the admin.
• Updated at: The last time when the cart was updated by the customer or the admin.
• Products in cart table: It includes
  • Product Image Thumbnail
  • Product Name
  • Qty: Product quantity
  • Price: Product price
  • Actions:
    • Edit
    • Remove
• Customer details: Customer name, email captured, customer group, country, IP and sales channel.
• Cart summary: Subtotal, Shipping fee, Coupon code, Calculated Tax price, Grand Total amount.
