On Live/ Abandoned/ All Carts listing page, locate the cart you wish to see and click on Action › Edit Cart.
You’ll be taken to the Cart Detail page where you’ll see detail containing that specific cart.
Here, you can see:
- Cart ID: The BigCommerce Cart ID.
- Created time: The time when the cart was created by the customer or the admin.
- Updated at: The last time when the cart was updated by the customer or the admin.
- Products in cart table: It includes
- Product Image Thumbnail
- Product Name
- Qty: Product quantity
- Price: Product price
- Actions:
- Edit
- Remove
- Customer details: Customer name, email captured, customer group, country, IP and sales channel.
- Cart summary: Subtotal, Shipping fee, Coupon code, Calculated Tax price, Grand Total amount.
