After installing the Cart Editing by GritGlobal app on BigCommerce marketplace, you can go to your BigCommerce Dashboard, click Apps > My Apps > Cart Editing by GritGlobal.
When the Cart Editing by GritGlobal app is active, all of your customers’ carts will be recorded here when they are browsing/ shoppingin your storefront. This means all changes on the customers’ cart content will be synced to Cart Editing by GritGlobal’s dashboard in real-time so you or your team can easily manage and support customers timely.
