I don’t see the stock updated in BackOrder app

  • Please head to General Settings -> Sync Product Data and make sure you select the correct Sync Product Data option.
  • Sometimes the inventory level does not get updated promptly due to the delayed webhooks. Please use the Sync data button to retrieve new stock from BigCommerce to the app. If the issue persists, kindly reach out to us at support@gritglobal.io and provide the affected SKUs for further investigation and troubleshooting.
