To unassign a product from BackOrder:
1. Go to the Products page > Under the Assigned Products tab, search for the product you want to unassign.
2. Click on the Action box to unassign the product.
3. A pop-up message will display when you click on the Unassign action as the app will no longer control the product inventory. Please note that the options are optional:
(1) Track inventory of the product – let BigCommerce track inventory of the product.
(2) Make the product not purchasable on the online store – disable the product on your online store.
If you do not choose either of the options, your unassigned products’ inventory will remain untracked. And the purchasbility status will remain the same.
